Can I remove singing but keep speech?

Speech and singing can both land in the voice track. Muting vocals can remove both; listen to your preview before downloading.

Is it free?

What file formats and lengths work?

MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC, OGG, MP4, MOV and WebM all work, depending on your browser. With a plan, recordings can be up to 3 hours: anything longer than 20 minutes is done in parts and joined back together. You download WAV, MP3 or, for a video, the video with its new sound.

Why can I still hear a little of the vocals?

Separation works on the sound itself, so a trace of the other part can remain where they overlap, such as reverb on a voice or a backing vocal close to the lead. A lossless source gives the cleanest result.
